Kd66 terms and conditions — all rules regarding membership and betting

1 Introduction & eligibility

These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the kd66 platform (kd66.im). By creating an account or using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using kd66.

Kd66 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to your registered email, and the revision date will be noted on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Membership Eligibility

To open an account with kd66, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old. kd66 strictly prohibits minors from creating an account.
• You must provide accurate personal details including your name, date of birth, and contact information. Creating an account with false information is a breach of these terms.
• Each individual may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Kd66 cannot be used from countries where online betting is prohibited by law. Members are solely responsible for complying with the laws of their own country.
• Individuals advised to abstain from betting due to mental illness or addiction are not permitted to use kd66.

KYC verification process

Kd66 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time — particularly on first withdrawal, high-value transactions, or in cases of suspected irregular activity. Verification may require a copy of your National ID, Birth Certificate, or Passport. Withdrawals may be held until the process is complete.

3 Account management

Members are responsible for keeping their accounts secure. This includes keeping passwords confidential, logging out after each session, and notifying kd66 immediately if any suspicious login activity is detected.

• Accounts may not be shared with anyone else.
• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Never share your password with anyone — even someone claiming to be from kd66 Support. kd66 will never ask for your password.
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account, kd66 reserves the right to temporarily suspend it.
• An inactivity fee may apply to accounts dormant for 12 months or more — but you will be notified by email beforehand.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

All financial transactions on kd66 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there's a delay, contact support with your transaction ID.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• When making a deposit, always use kd66's designated payment number and reference. Funds sent to the wrong number cannot be guaranteed for recovery.

Withdrawal policy

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.
• To withdraw from a bonus balance, you must first meet the wagering requirements for that bonus.
• Unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests may take longer to process — while this may be inconvenient, it is necessary for everyone's security.

5 Bonus & promotion terms

All bonuses and promotions on kd66 have their own specific terms. Please read the relevant promotion's terms before claiming any bonus.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible members only — specific conditions are listed separately for each promotion.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once, after your first deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn. These requirements typically range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus abuse — including claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts or transferring bonuses to family members' accounts — is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
• Kd66 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus — but will not interfere with wagering requirements already in progress.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on kd66 are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed, unless kd66 acknowledges an error on its part. Please double-check your bet before placing it.

Bet Cancellation Policy

Kd66 may void a bet and return the stake in the following circumstances:

• If an event is cancelled or postponed before it begins
• If odds or lines are published incorrectly (technical error)
• If evidence of match fixing or irregularities is found
• In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, war, etc.)

Live Betting

In live betting, odds change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment you submit your bet are final — any subsequent changes will not be taken into account. If a bet is processed with a delay due to connectivity issues, it will be settled at the odds applicable at the time of submission. No claims will be accepted in this regard.

7 Privacy & data protection

• Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be shared when required by law or at the request of a regulatory authority.
• All data is secured with SSL encryption.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Account suspension & closure

Kd66 may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any term in these terms and conditions
• Creating an account with false information
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity
• Suspicion of money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Operating Multiple Accounts
• Harassment of other members or staff

If an account is closed and a valid balance remains, kd66 will take reasonable steps to return it. However, any balance obtained through fraudulent activity may be forfeited.

10 Limitation of liability

Kd66 makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service. However, kd66 is not liable in the following situations:

• If the service is disrupted due to internet or network issues
• If a transaction is delayed due to third-party payment gateway issues
• If services are unavailable due to force majeure
• If a member's account is hacked due to their own negligence

Betting on kd66 is your informed choice. There is a risk of losing money when betting — kd66 will not be liable for any such losses.

11 Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, please contact kd66 support first. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

If a resolution cannot be reached through support, disputes may be escalated to kd66's licensing authority. In any dispute, kd66's decision is considered final unless the licensing authority rules otherwise.

12 Changes & amendments

Kd66 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified by email in advance of any significant changes. Minor edits or spelling corrections may not require a separate notice.
